'Topes' Student Art Calendar Contest Is Back! 11/02/2009 3:37 PM ET The Isotopes are once again putting together a 2010 calendar complete with artwork from students in New Mexico and kids from around the state have responded en masse! Last year, nearly 800 students from nearly 30 different schools took part in the contest and this year's calendar is looking even bigger! The deadline for artwork submissions has past. If you or your class submitted pieces for the calendar you will be hearing from the Isotopes soon. Students that are selected for the calendar will have their picture included in the final product and will receive an Isotopes prize-pack that includes tickets to a game, recognition on the Isotopes video board, opportunity to throw out a first pitch, a team-autographed baseball, and a special school visit by Orbit.
