Isotopes Playoff Ticket Refund Policy 09/14/2009 1:28 PM ET If you purchased tickets to PCL Championship Playoff Games at Isotopes Park on September 15 or September 16, the 'Topes do have a refund policy in place. Refund Options: If tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster online or over the phone with Ticketmaster, accounts have already been refunded to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. If tickets were purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet (i.e. Smith's), please take the tickets back to the outlet and simply request a refund. If tickets were purchased at the Isotopes Park Box Office, the Isotopes are now open to process refunds. Customers must have their tickets in order to receive the refund. The Box Office will be open Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm until Friday, September 25th. If tickets were purchased through the Season Ticket and Group Sales Office, please contact your season ticket sales representative for more details. Tickets can be refunded or the value can be applied to next year's season ticket amounts.
